All KETCH products provide valuable job skill training for people with disabilities. KETCH works closely with the customer to develop high quality, custom products.

Return Policy:
A 20% restocking charge is assessed for returned goods. Freight must be pre-paid to Wichita, KS.

KETCH products are guaranteed. If there is a factory error, KETCH will issue proper credit or replacement after receipt and inspection of goods. Freight will be paid by KETCH if a factory error was made.

Additional Ordering Options:
Written orders may be submitted by mail, e-mail or fax. Phone orders are welcome with a written purchase order to confirm order specifications. KETCH is not responsible for the accuracy of orders placed without a written confirming purchase order from the customer. Please provide tax exempt certificate with each order.
