Thirty (30) Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the shipment
date for a refund or exchange.
*After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item
is defective. For exchanges, standard shipping costs will be extended free
How do I make an exchange or return?*
- Contact Customer Solutions for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Click on the link below to print the RMA Form. Items must be returned in
new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and
literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original
invoice and the completed RMA form. Items damaged or
showing excessive use are not returnable for a refund. We reserve the right to
charge a restocking fee for returns.
If the item was shipped in the product box,
wrap it in brown paper or insert it into a shipping box to return. Write the RMA
number that was issued to you in Step 1 on the outside of the shipping box or
wrapping paper near your return address or click on the link below to print a
return mailing label.

When should I expect a refund or exchange?
Refund:Credit card orders will receive a credit back to your
account. Please allow one-billing month for the credit to appear on your statement.
A check will be issued for all other forms of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for
